Our Firm's History

It was the year 1977 when Mike Rozovics started a financial and accounting services firm.  It was a simple business back then.  In fact, that was the year Mike bought his first computer.  It was a Texas Instruments and he was quoted as saying, "Well, I just bought the only computer we'll ever need."  Needless to say things have changed since then.  It's been thirty years since that start and today the firm serves over 300 business clients and has 15 team members. 

Many changes to the firm have taken place over the years.  In 1982 Dennis Wojcicki and Mike Rozovics joined together and formed the firm Rozovics & Wojcicki, P.C.  A few years later they then formed Rozovics & Wojcicki Financial Services, LTD.  Dennis' brother Chris joined the firm in 1989 and went on to replace his brother as partner six years later.

The company has since expanded beyond just offering accounting and financial services and has also branched out into providing services typically not offered by an accounting firm.  Now R&W proudly offers Business Development Consulting, Long - Term Financial Planning, and even legal advice.  This is in addition to the accounting and financial services that R&W has always offered. 

Over the years, R&W continued to expand its list of services that they offer.  In 1999 R&W began offering Information Technology Services.  It turns out that the need for computers has continued to grow not only for R&W but in every facet of a business owner's world.

November 1, 2002 was a very proud day for Mike.  That was the day he was able to welcome his son, Jeff, as a third partner.  Jeff continues to work as a partner within the firm and now, thirty years after starting that firm, the future looks brighter than ever.
