Christopher J. Wojcicki, CPA, JD, LL.M., Partner
Christopher Wojcicki has been a team member of Rozovics & Wojcicki, P.C. since October 1989 and partner since 1995, received a B.S.C. in Accounting from DePaul University and a Juris Doctor and LL.M. from John Marshall Law School.
Chris began the early years of his public accounting career with the firm McGladrey and Pullen, the 5th largest accounting firm in the United States. He worked in the auditing and tax departments with a focus on closely held manufacturing and service entities. Chris’s current career in accounting specializes in management consulting, business development, taxation, financial reporting and transactions with an emphasis in the real estate sector as well as manufacturing, retail and service enterprises.
Chris is also President, shareholder and co-founder of Prelude Development which develops new construction commercial and residential properties. Chris is a Director, shareholder and co-founder of Town Community Bank & Trust in Antioch, Illinois. Chris is a Director, shareholder and co-founder of NeuProperties, LLC, an Illinois full service high-tech real estate brokerage firm.
Chris, his wife Debbie, and their sons Nick, Billy, Joey and their daughter Olivia reside in Western Springs. Chris enjoys entrepreneurial ventures, travel, golf, coaching, and time with his family.
Chris is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago. Chris is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society, American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Chris is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and maintains Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
