Meet Tina Kerins

Tina is a student at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Accountancy.  Back in May 2007, Tina began working with the R&W staff as a full-time intern.  During her three months at R&W, Tina had an opportunity to work with the professional staff as well as partners on various client projects.  This is what Tina had to say about her experience at R&W.

        Interning at Rozovics & Wojcicki has expanded my knowledge of the business world well beyond the classroom.  I began my internship expecting to build strictly on my accountancy skills, but was pleasantly surprised to obtain many other skills due to the diversity of work within Rozovics & Wojcicki.  I not only had accounting projects, but I was also introduced to financial and consulting projects.  These assignments led me to interact with actual clients and impacted another perspective well beyond the numbers.

     The friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Rozovics & Wojcicki made these new challenges very easy to adapt to.  Each project assigned to me had a senior mentor and partner whom I could turn to with any questions.  Each person was more than willing to help.
